Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests only under the following conditions:
•Damaged product received
•Wrong product delivered
•Missing items in the order
•Quality issues
Returns for change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.
Return Request Period
Customers must raise a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must:
•Contact us via email or WhatsApp
•Share the Order ID
•Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
Once the request is reviewed and approved, further return instructions will be shared.
Refund Timeline
•Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days
•The refund timeline may vary depending on the payment method or bank processing time
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued through:
•The original payment method (UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Wallet), or
•Bank transfer (especially for COD orders)
Shipping Costs
•If the return is due to an error from our side (damaged, wrong, or missing item), Fetch Shopping will bear the return shipping cost
•In other cases, shipping charges (if applicable) may be borne by the customer
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
•COD returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong products
•Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer
•COD orders refused at delivery are not eligible for refunds
